Adam heads the town planning/urban design division of Hayes Anderson Lynch Architects. He has a diverse range of experience in the delivery of major projects, master planning, due diligence assessments, preliminary infrastructure studies, visual impact assessments, preparation of submissions and provisions of strategic and statutory planning advice. He has considerable expertise in Development Assessment having dealt with numerous Councils and State Government agencies throughout Queensland. Adam offers Para Legal Services for many of our clients such as filing appeals with the Planning Environment Court, attendance at without prejudice conferences, mediation services to assist out of court settlements, preparation of expert joint reports and planning evidence. Specialising in infill type development, Adam is committed to attaining best practice planning outcomes, is proactive and client-focused and is determined to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget. Adam’s architectural background, broad ranging planning experience and multi-disciplinary based approach to his profession produces successful development outcomes.
